The Cascade Coil stand, for the Melbourne DesignEx 2009, was listed as a finalist for the Melbourne Design Awards 2010. Designed by Hassell Architects, the stand was listed as a finalist within the Interior Design - Retail category.
The Melbourne Design Awards is the only design awards in the state that recognise a broad range of design categories, celebrating and honouring the role of design and the skills of designers around the world.
The committee recognised the striking elements of the stand for the exhibition, highlighting the gold mirror finishes that amplified the woven wire mesh products.
